About This Report
This is the 2024 Sustainability Report ("this report") released by Xiamen Xindeco Ltd. (referred to as
"Xindeco" or "We"). This report aims to present stakeholders with an overview of ESG performance and
initiatives of Xindeco in 2024.

This report is prepared in accordance with the Sustainability Disclosure Standards for Enterprise - General Requirements (Trial), jointly
formulated by the Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Development Abbreviation Full Name
